About Andy J. Semotiuk
Over the last four decades as an immigration attorney I have helped over 10,000 clients with various legal problems. My memberships in the bars of New York and California have helped me work with investors, executives, professionals and celebrities in the entertainment industry, looking after their immigration needs. In addition to my work as an attorney, I am a columnist for Forbes where I write about investor immigration. A former United Nations correspondent and a published author.
Why USA?
A quick way to summarize the reasons is to say people immigrate to the United States for weather, money, love or escape.
Many immigrants are attracted to the American sunbelt, where they do not have to deal with harsh weather on a daily basis. Others see America as the land of opportunity and innovation and where someone with an idea can rise in stature and achieve economic success.
