How can I enter the US with criminal charges?
If you have a criminal record, you may be required to complete one of the following in order to gain legal entry to the United States:
apply for and be granted a Waiver of Inadmissibility
(also referred to as a Waiver for Excludability, Waiver,
Criminal Record Waiver or US Travel Waiver),
correct the conditions that rendered you
excludable, such as your health; or
provide evidence that you are not excludable (Laws
are complex and are not always interpreted the same.
Individuals are often refused in error or because they do
not have proof of their admissibility).
