Purpose of the Consultation
Mr. Semotiuk will consider your circumstances and provide you with his best legal advice about how you may qualify for a U.S. immigration visa. He will tell you what are your chances, how long it will take and how much it will cost. If you have been denied, he will tell you if that can be changed. If you are getting conflicting information and are confused, he will sort things out for you. If things are taking too long in your matter, he will tell you how to speed things up. Finally, he will show you how to minimize the risk of making an immigration mistake.

Suppose I do Not Qualify
If after speaking to you Mr. Semotiuk comes to the conclusion you do not have a chance at this time to immigrate to the United States, he will not leave you there. Instead, he will then instruct you on what you can do over the course of the next year or two, to prepare yourself so you will qualify.

An in-person, telephone or Skype consultation of up to one hour for $ 495 U.S. This will include a review of up to 20 pages of documents you will scan and email or fax to Mr. Semotiuk and a written legal opinion sent to you about your immigration matter at the end of the consultation.
